I work closely with some of the World’s best villa providers and can offer some exceptional luxury villas. Here are some of my favourite exclusive luxury villas in Europe.

Villas are a great option for people looking for a stunning place to stay with family and friends. A place that offers luxury, privacy and lots of space. Without the worries of social distancing.

Villa Sheherezade, near Dubrovnik, Croatia

Looking for a luxurious villa in a stunning location? Villa Sheherezaden is in a truly spectacular setting, overlooking the sparkeling Adriatic just along the coast from historical Dubrovnik. It was even home to Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor whilst shooting a movie there.

This majestic villa boasts extensive gardens where you can stroll through the shade of its palm and Cypress trees. There are various terraces that tumble down the cliffs to the pool and the sea below. The stunning exterior of the villa with its dazzling turqouise dome and white stone walls is matched by the sumptuous and regal interior. Villa Petronilas, Marbella, Spain

Marbella is a playground for the rich with its fabulous beaches, Michelin-starred restaurants, bustling marinas, designer boutiques and World class golf courses..

The villa is right on the beach and has a timeless grace, with pretty terraces, traditional blue and white tiles and exquisite water features. The pool is superb. Set within lush and fragrant Mediterranean gardens with fantastic sea views. Enjoy Al fresco dining under the setting sun or a drink at the outside bar. If your days are spend by the pool or on the beach, then the evenings could mean a movie in the home theatre or a glass of champagne in the hot tub.

The stunning interiors are filled with elegant sculptures and paintings. The art combined with the exquisite furniture, grandiose mirrors and clever modern lighting creates a glamorous but also comfortable feel. The villa is lavish but also full of cosy and intimate areas.

Callander House, Scotland

Callander House really is one-of-a-kind. it is the private residence of the Scottish artist Stuart McAlpine Miller. The handsome baronial house dates back to 1835 but has been elegantly modernised and today boasts state-of-the-art interiors and a range of modern amenities.

It sits in a fabulous location nestled amongst twelve acres of private land with uninterrupted views over Ben Ledi and the Sottish Highlands. The land is bordered by the river Teith and the property has fishing rights for both salmon and trout. Callender House makes the perfect base for exploring Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, or just admiring the amazing views.

The interior of the house is very impressive and boasts a 100ft reception room, a morning room with a baby grand piano and a cosy library where you can curl up with good read next to the open fire. There is also an entertainment room with pool table and a cinema room in the turret! Art lovers can explore the gallery down in the basement. All twelve rooms offer exceptional style and luxury and some come with four poster beds.




Villa Can Caya, Mallorca, Spain

What everyone wants from their Mallorcan villa is to be close to the best beaches, near to the action, and still enjoy privacy and tranquility. This can be hard to find, especially for a large party with discerning tastes.

Villa Can Caya is a sophisticated, 10-bedroom villa in Majorca, offering all of the above. Within its two hectares there are many spaces to retreat to in exquisite privacy. It is also very close to some amazing beaches in the prestigious Mal Pas area, close to Alcudia

Style, art and comfort blend perfectly in its spacious interiors and grounds. The large 20m saltwater pool is great for larger groups and it is complemented by a separate Jacuzzi and spa area. Children’s facilities include a playground, football pitch, table tennis and games consoles. So plenty to keep your little ones occupied .

Villa Quinta Pienza, Quinta Do Lago, Portugal

This elegant Algarve villa sits within lush landscaped gardens dotted with pine and palm trees. It has a private swimming pool and expansive outdoor lounging and dining areas. It also boasts views over the golf course.

The spacious, cool and contemporary six bedroom Quinta Pienza is situated in the heart of the Algarve’s most exclusive golf resort, Quinta Do Lago. This exclusive resort has three championship courses plus various other activities for non-golfers. There is a selection of great restaurants and bars just a ten minute walk away from the villa. Ibiza is Spain’s coolest island and this is one of the islands coolest villas.

Fortezza Di Spinola, Umbria, Italy

Fortezza di Spinola is one of the most incredible villas in Europe. The magnificently restored medieval fortress offers an atmospheric, historic and unique holiday.

As you wind your way through olive groves and fields of sunflowers toward Fortezza di Spinola, you are already in view of its medieval watchtower standing proudly above the valley as it has done for almost a 1000 years.

When you arrive you are met by your maid who will help you settle in and assist with whatever you require. Plus there is a whole host of other staff available should you desire a more catered experience. Why not take in the tranquil silence of the valley while you dine al-fresco, sampling the regional wine, olive oil and truffles that can all be specially selected and prepared for you.

the entire complex has been left with exposed stone work and original teracotta tiling, and baroque period furnishings carved from thick oak and walnut. Yet still, the building is equipped with under-floor heating, plasma TV’s, orthopedic mattresses and a private swimming pool. The perfect combination of the ancient and the modern. There are five bedrooms and at the very top of the medieval tower is an unbelievable honeymoon suite, with it’s own private terrace offering unrivalled views of the entire region.




Zarassi Estate, Mykonos, Greece

When you arrive at Zarrasi Estates With its sweeping views of the Aegean, infinity pool and private chapel, you could almost be stepping onto a movie set.

With a mix of understated elegance and touch of glamour, The Zarassi Estate is perched high on a hilltop on the Greek island of Mykonos, just a five-minute drive to the sought-after beach of Kalafati. With a private spa room, cinema, children’s club and outdoor gym it will be hard to leave, but for anyone tempted, the villa’s own expert guide is on hand to help with all your needs.

As the name suggests this is more of a small village set in extensive grounds, than a single villa. The spacious grounds are home to white-washed buildings that host up to 30 guests. This is an idyllic retreat for a memorable family celebration or spending time with old friends.

Divided into two buildings, the four-bedroom villa has two pool-level bedrooms and two suites, including the honeymoon suite complete with private sun terrace and heated Jacuzzi. A further pair of two-bedroom apartments, offer an ideal space for families as they include a kitchenette, dining area and sun terrace. Inside the adjacent five-bedroom garden villa you’ll find white open-plan living and a dining area overlooking the chapel and lawns.



Villa Balbiano, Lake Como, Italy

Villa Balbiano is a unique and elegant palazzo and adds its own distinctive character to the serene, timeless beauty of Lake Como. Built by Cardinal Tolomeo Gallio at the end of the 16th-century to command stunning views over the lake, it continues to do this today.

This Lake Como villa was recently restored by the famous French decorator Jacques Garcia. Its interiors are covered in magnificent Baroque frescoes and the six bedrooms are lavishly decorated with exquisite attention to detail.

The villa stands on one of the most scenic parts of Lake Como and enjoys private access to the lakefront. The immaculately landscaped gardens are dotted with statues and fountains, and its paths are flanked by mature hedges and ancient trees.

A heated indoor pool and outdoor pool with lake views are perfect for relaxing in. Built in traditional Apulia style with a stone construction and conical roof, this ancient trullo villa in Puglia has been refurbished to the highest standard. It is located in the scenic and secluded Salento countryside offering a unique, relaxing and tranquil experience.

The exclusive home has lots of luxury living space, including four romantic bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms. Modern and design-forward, it enlivens its inhabitants with vibrant colours, whitewashed walls, chic décor and high-end furnishings.

A veritable oasis lies just outside, with comfortable places to relax, table tennis, a sparkling pool with outdoor showers, a lush garden, and hundreds of fruit trees. The gazebo is an excellent gathering space for alfresco lunches, with a kitchen area and bar for when happy hour hits.

Hop on the villas bikes and take a ride to San Michele Salentino. Food lovers can jump in the car for the twenty minute drive to Ceglie Messapica’s Michelin-starred restaurants.



Rapunzels Folie, Dordogne, France

Romance and whimsy rule the day at this fantastical 15th century cottage in the Dordogne. This magical timber framed cottage is straight out of a fairy tale. Nestled on the shore of a lush, green lake, honeymooners will love to stargaze and watch wildlife from the private dock.

Inside every room is unique, and the design plays with the delicate and the bold, the old and new. You’ll absolutely swoon for the bridal bed – a stately four-poster in a rustic barrel vaulted bedroom.

In the daytime, take a leisurely stroll through the gardens, and on to the nearby village of Nonard where you’ll find the nearest pub. A little farther down the road is the medieval town of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, with a selection of fabulous eateries.
