How do I find a holiday?
There are no fixed holidays listed on the website. There are just too many options available. Just contact Paul and he will find exactly what you want.
How much is the deposit?
Deposit amounts are different for each booking. The deposit amount will be listed on your holiday quote. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can I change my booking?
Most of the time changes can be made to your booking but there will be amendment charges. In some cases hotels are on non-refundable and non-changeable promotional rates and flights can be non-flexible. In which case you will be advised of this at time of booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking at any time. If you cancel before the full payment date you will only lose the deposit. If you cancel within 12 weeks of travel then canclllation conditions will apply. These can vary for each booking.
How do I book and pay?
All bookings are confirmed in person with Paul over the phone. You can pay by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. There are no extra charges for this
Is my booking and money safe?
Yes. Your money is 100% safe as held with the Travel Trust Association until you have completed your holiday. All flights and flight packages are also covered by ATOL protection.
Are visas included?
Visas are not included but Paul will always advise when you need one and the best way to obtain them. Always try to keep at least 6 months validity on your passports as a lot of countries require this.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended for all travel.
What about vaccinations?
These are different for each destination and details can change regularly so it is always important that you get up to date advice from your G.P or local travel clinic before travel.
