We had an amazing holiday in Dubai, Paul was so patient with all my questions about travel requirements and made it so easy for us. World Travel Planner organised my trip to Canada which included the amazing Rocky Mountaineer train journey, from Vancouver to Banff. Every detail was sorted by Paul, who was always ready to answer my many questions. He has infinite patience! The whole trip was amazing, and Vancouver is a beautiful city. The train was just wonderful, and the scenery without exception, was stunning. All the... hotels arranged for us by Paul were really good, and were centrally placed for shops and restaurants. My husband can't walk far so it was good that we were close to everything. I would thoroughly recommend using this service.read more

I could not recommend Paul enough! From his responsiveness to being able to find us the best deals within our budget, Paul really did a fantastic job throughout. Due to covid, we had to make a number of changes to our original trip (including destination) and Paul was great. Was quick to respond to any queries and he made travelling so much easier. The place he helped us pick was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed out. Would definitely use again!

We were a little worried about travelling aboard since the pandemic but was totally put at ease and guided through the procedure. Our holiday was discussed, and Paul was able to find and provide the perfect holiday. From start to finish emails were responded to very quickly and politely. I thoroughly recommend this travel company and will be using it again very soon.

Fantastic service when booking a holiday despite the challenges of the current pandemic. Completely understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect trip.
